When the surgery is closed an emergency service is provided for problems that cannot wait until the next normal working day. Please telephone 020 7589 2353 for access to this service. If you send an email this will be picked up on our next normal working day. .

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are usually ready on the same day as requested by telephone, post or email. They are usually posted to the patient’s home but can also be collected, telephoned or faxed through to a convenient pharmacy. Test Results Patients are routinely contacted with all test results. Please keep us informed of your latest address and contact numbers.

Chaperone Policy

Dr Rose’s Surgery can offer chaperones, both male and female, to patients undergoing intimate examinations. Patients are also welcome to bring a friend or relative with them to consultations if they wish.

Practice Complaints Procedure

If a patient has a complaint regarding anything relating to the practice, they are advised to contact either the practice manager Mrs Pamela Rose, Dr Rose or any staff member. We are always keen to receive comments of any sort. Written complaints will be dealt with in accordance with the practice complaints procedure. Dr Rose is a member of the Independent Doctors Federation. This offers access to an independent review of any complaint which cannot be resolved within the practice.

Care Quality Commission

Our practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission as an independent private clinic. The commission is responsible for inspecting all independent healthcare establishments routinely to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. The commission can provide patients with a copy of the most recent inspection report about the practice. This is also available upon request from the practice manager.
